About the Neighborhood
The Sak’s Woods Neighborhood is located in the eastern portion of Middleton (a western suburb of Madison, in southcentral Wisconsin), and is approximately bounded by Pheasant Branch Creek on the north, Franklin Avenue on the south, Branch Street on the east, and Mayflower Drive on the west (Google map). It is served by Sauk Trail Elementary School, Kromrey Middle School, and Middleton High School. Parisi Park and Lakeview Park are both within easy walking distance, as is the Pheasant Branch Conservancy (map of Middleton Public Lands Trail System).
